-BITMARCK SERVICE GmbH keeps expanding and has extended lease
-Occupancy rate rises to 98 percent
Unterschleissheim near Munich, December 16, 2010, IC Immobilien Gruppe
successfully negotiated another lease at the Lindenquartier complex on
behalf of the owner. BITMARK SERVICE GmbH with a floor space of 2,471
square metres and 44 parking spaces already the property's largest
incumbent tenant rented another 910 square metres in office space as of
January 1, 2011, and an additional 440 square metres and another 30 parking
spaces as of May 1, 2011. The master lease was extended through 2015.
This brings the occupancy rate of this 11,558 square metre office and
business building in Essen's financial district up to now 98 percent. At
the time that management of the asset was assumed, the vacancy rate was at
30 percent.
Lindenquartier is part of a real estate portfolio including a total of 33
properties that PropertyOne GmbH has managed since January 2007. Since its
acquisition in September 2010, PropertyOne has been a member company of IC
Immobilien Gruppe and will soon offer their services on the market as IC
ProperytOne Asset und Real Estate Management GmbH.
