Venatus Interactive plc announces its participation in the Tangibal Group
plc via a convertible loan
London, U.K., Tuesday, 14rd of December 2010, Venatus Interactive plc is
pleased to announce its investment via a convertible loan over 250.000 EUR
in the Tangibal Group Plc, an interactive media and experiential
advertising company out of the U.K. The loan has a maturity of three years
and bears an interest rate of 8% per annum and is convertible at any time
at an already agreed upon price. Tangibal Media, a subsidiary of Tangibal
Group plc will use the proceeds to install new systems for example the
Interactive six sheet totems, which can be seen at
www.youtube.com/tangibal.
The Tangibal Group plc investment represents one of the first in a series
of investments for the Venatus Interactive plc within the interactive
gaming and technology portfolio that are currently being finalized. Mr.
Pfeiffenberger, Managing Director of Venatus Interactive plc said 'The
Tangibal Group plc participation is a perfect fit for our portfolio of high
growth interactive technology and gaming companies, both from the quality
of the company and its products and management team, as well as the
structure of the investment. We are very excited about working together
with them. The UK business is doing well and the outlook for their

The Tangibal Group plc has its primary listing on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange and is also listed on the Viennese Stock Exchange as well.
