Chef Ryan is the best!! My bf suprised me with the most thoughtful xmas gift ever. He arranged for me and 10 of my friends to get a private sushi lesson at my house. Chef Ryan’s homemade spicy mayo is hands down the best I have ever had. I wish he’d sell it by the bottle. Very spicy but we were making our own so everyone could use what they liked. He taught us the basics and let us make any rolls/combos we wanted, answered questions about how to make sushi rice, etc, he even made a riceless roll for a non-carb eating friend. We did inside-out rolls, seaweed on the outside, small rolls and jumbo rolls. When we all had a chance to try and were busy gabbing and eating the best sushi ever, he just kept making more exotic rolls for us to try. We filled tupperware with the leftovers, and he left extra soy sauce and chop stix for us. Best party ever. I’d highly recommend him to cater your next event if you’re not interested in a lesson.
