Arrowstar Resources Ltd.: Shareholder Approval Requested
(firmenpresse) - SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL REQUESTED
April 17, 2014. Arrowstar Resources Ltd. (Arrowstar: or the Company) (TSX-V:AWS) announces that the Company has, to date, been unable to raise the necessary capital to retain the auditors to complete their December 31, 2013 audit which is due for filing on April 30, 2014. The audit is a requirement to have the Company continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company is seeking shareholder approval to the share consolidation announced on March 26, 2014 by written confirmation from shareholders. The Company requires not less than 51% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company to be voted in favour of the resolution. With the consolidation approved by the shareholders the Company is hopeful it will be able to move quickly to acquire the necessary capital to finalize the audit.
