GRANDE PRAIRIE, ABThursday- January 20th, 2011 - GRIT INTERNATIONAL
(3GR1:F) is pleased to announce the weekly update for calendar week 4,
2011.
Management is aware of the stock price decline over the past few weeks; and
has been diligently following through with its past commitments released in
prior months. We have narrowed down our selection in selecting one of the
Big Four Auditing Firms and look forward to announcing this within the next
couple of weeks. Submission processes for GRIT's Entry Standard listing,
and the listing of Spin-off Subsidiary Texas Petroleum are still under
regulatory review.
Management had been invited to meet with the President of Alberta Treasury
Branch (Alberta Based Financial Institution monitoring assets in excess of
$20 Billion), and looks forward to discussing future working relationships.
Confirmation emails to all the shareholder participants for the TEXAS
Petroleum EUR0.01 Deal have been submitted and will be followed up by
another email outlining the arrangements in obtaining the shares.
Throughout the week, targeted acquisitions for divisions GRIT-Petroleum and
GRIT-Minerals have been the company's objective. We look forward to
announcing these opportunities over the next couple of weeks.
