Chef Ryan will teach groups of 10 or more people how to make world-class sushi in their own homes. The cost is $50 per person for a two-hour sushi class. He arrives with the ingredients and equipment and works with the client and other sushi students in the client’s kitchen. Naturally, the students get to test the results.
