TANGIBAL GROUP NAME CHANGE AND Q1 TRADING UPDATE
London, April 29th 2014. Tangibal Group Plc is pleased to announce that it has now changed its name to Universal Outdoor Group Plc as voted and authorised by its shareholders. The name change following various investments and acquisitions reflects the transformation of the Group over the last 5 months and heralds a new start for the Group.
The Groups new website is also at www.universaloutdoor.co.uk
In line with our new name and indicative of the Groups transformation we are pleased to announce that in quarter one 2014 (Q3 Group financial period) Universal has generated (un-audited) revenue of over £1 million and over £100,000 in profit.
The Group reported its revenue for the first six months of £655,852 and therefore cumulative revenue to date for the Groups financial year is greater than £1.7 million representing an increase in revenue of over 300% for the period.
The management team have delivered this successful business transformation during the last 12 months and the Group Commercial Director Dominic Berger will be presenting the business at the 5.SCF Small Cap Forum/Frühjahrskonferenz on Tuesday 6th May at 12.45 in Frankfurt, DVFA Center. Mr. Berger will also be available during the day for one on one meetings with shareholders or investors. For meeting times please contact the DVFA conference team.
