announce that it is ranked as the 39th fastest growing company in China by
Forbes magazine. This is the second year in a row that Asian Bamboo appears
on the list which includes 200 companies.
The ranking assessed the performance of small and medium-sized listed and
unlisted companies based on three-year growth rates in revenue, net profit

Xinrixian Village Development Fund is supporting the reconstruction of a
school
Asian Bamboo is pleased to announce that its Xinrixian Village Development
Fund ('the Fund') is supporting the reconstruction of a primary school,
located in Heyuan Village in Shaowu City, which was severely damaged by
heavy rain in June 2010. Following the reconstruction, which is expected to
be completed by August 2011, the school will be able to increase the number
of students from 40 to 120.
The fund, which was launched in March 2010, financially supports worthwhile
projects in the regions where the company operates with the aim of
improving living conditions for farmers and their families.
