Unterschleissheim near Munich, February 2, 2011 - IC Immobilien Service
GmbH, an IC Immobilien Gruppe member company, signed a five-year lease for
the 'Gewerbepark Forum II' property, a trading estate located in Neuss near
Düsseldorf. The company Power Printing rented 767 square metres of
warehouse space plus 141 square metres of adjacent office space as of
January 1, 2011.
The property is owned by IC's closed end real estate fund 'Deutschland 03'
which was launched in 1990. The new tenant, Power Printing, offers services
in the field of digital media. The product spectrum extends from the
production of business cards, to Web 2 print solutions, all the way to
warehouse optimisation. The rented floor space is used by Power Printing
mainly for storing and picketing printed matter.
The transaction was masterminded by IC Immobilien Service GmbH, the
decentralised asset and property management company of IC Immobilien
Gruppe. The company will operate on the market as IC PropertyOne Asset und
Real Estate Management GmbH in the future.
