Anglo-African Minerals Plc agreement with Caspian Resources Development Pte
Limited ('Caspian').
Further to the company's announcement dated 9 August 2010 the Directors of
Anglo-African Minerals plc, the special situations mining investment
company, announce that the agreement between the company and Caspian has
lapsed, due to the inability of Caspian to finalize the acquisition by
Belgrave Mining Corporation of a 74% shareholding in Azatekgold CJSC.
Discussions are continuing.
