Mobile test systems for engine test stands

(PresseBox) - Based on electronic DC loads and laboratory power supplies, Zentro-Elektrik designs customised solutions for the most varied tests and test stands.
For the dynamo / component tests on traditional cars, trucks and buses, or even for motor sport applications, Zentro-Elektrik has solutions with regard to the hardware as well as with regard to the software.
The same applies to applications in the e-mobility sector and the relevant batteries, with the umbrella concept of batteries here including fuel cells, Lithium Ion batteries, traditional lead batteries and their charging interfaces.
The DC loads and the laboratory power supplies are master/slave-capable and integrated in the cabinets in fully configured state.
The cabinets in which the electronics is located are designed according to customer specifications.
They can be movable, have space for additional systems, provide tools for the cables etc.
Equipped with an industrial computer and the relevant software, the system is fitted, for example, with a load profile generator. The load profile generator makes it possible to save and evaluate a large number of load curves. The systems are supplied, for example, with Windows and MS Excel pre-installed. The PC is connected to the load internally via the USB port.
Apart from the traditional air-cooled systems, in one power range, modular energy recovery-capable systems up to 10 kW are part of the product range of Zentro-Elektrik.
All the solutions are based on modular hardware components and customisable software modules.
