EMISSION&POWER SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES $860,000 PRIVATE INVESTMENT
LONDON, 15 February 2011
Emission&Power Solutions, Plc ('EPS') (Ticker: EPI.F, Bloomberg ticker:
EPI:GR), announced it has successfully closed a round of investment valued
at US $860,000. The 'PIPE' (private investment in public entity)
transaction was priced at market value on the Deutsche Börse.
'We are pleased to close this round of financing,' said Erik Ulsteen,
Chairman and CEO of EPS. 'This investment shows continued confidence in
EPS's strategy and growth prospects. We believe 2011 will be a positive
year as EPS delivers its sensor to auto manufacturers.'
