ContiTech AG active on social media / Additional communication channel for information and images from the company

(PresseBox) - Millions of people network with each other every day on Twitter, Facebook, and co. And now ContiTech AG is also entering the world of social media with two dedicated sites on Twitter. On www.contitech.de/twitter and www.contitech.de/twitterDE the company will be posting short items of information, news, photos, and videos.
"In terms of up-to-dateness, speed, and distribution, we see Twitter as a logical extension of our communication strategy," declares Dirk Kroll, Head of Internal Communications & Multimedia at ContiTech. Since late May, the specialist in rubber and plastics technology has been "tweeting" press releases, reports, and photos of trade fairs as well as important information about the ContiTech product portfolio on a daily basis. This is complemented by interesting news from the industry and automotive construction. And all this in two languages: Tweets on the DE account are in German, while those on the global account are in English. "We are looking forward to networking with interested followers," says Kroll.
