Changes at the Supervisory Board and Executive Board of Schaeffler AG
(PresseBox) - The Supervisory Board of Schaeffler AG has decided in today's meeting to appoint Klaus Rosenfeld as Chief Executive Officer of Schaeffler AG for a five-year term effective July 1, 2014. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Peter Gutzmer has been appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Schaeffler AG. His contract was extended by five years effective January 1, 2015.
Furthermore, the Annual General Meeting of Schaeffler AG has elected Prof. KR Ing. Siegfried Wolf, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Russian Machines OJSC, to succeed Dr. Eckhard Cordes as member of the Supervisory Board as of July 1, 2014.
