South East Asia Renewable Power Applies to Build Mini-Hydro Project in Free
Port Area of Bataan

Toronto, Canada - February 28, 2011

South East Asia Renewable Power Co. Ltd.: Deutsche Börse symbol: SRL.
(www.southeastrenewable.com), announced today that it has approached the
Free Port Area of Bataan to build a mini-hydro site. The Mini-Hydro
project would be built into an existing water supply dam.

Preliminary studies conducted by the Company's technical consultant shows
that the potential energy generated could range from 400(+) kilowatts (KW)
during the dry months and peak at 1,100(+) KW during the wet season.

The development would be designed to ensure that there is no impact on the
current water supply function for the area. The power generated can be used
to augment current power sources and reduce reliance on existing power
generation sources to reduce the area's carbon emissions.
