Colonia Real Estate AG signed Global Credit Line with TAG Immobilien AG
Cologne, March 2, 2011. Colonia Real Estate AG, Cologne, (ISIN
DE0006338007) (also referred to as Colonia in the following) and TAG
Immobilien AG (also referred to as TAG in the following) signed a global
credit line about EUR 75 million.
TAG has made a global credit line of EUR 75.0 million available to Colonia
for the purpose of repaying and refinancing short and medium-term
liabilities, and especially to cover potential claims by convertible bond
creditors. The loan has a term of two years and interest will be charged in
line with market rates.
The global credit line reflects the implementation of the financial
commitment given by TAG end of December 2010, which was described in the
Joint Opinion of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Colonia
regarding the voluntary offer document of TAG from January 3, 2011.
