Capital Increase of Tantalus Rare Earths AG
Düsseldorf, 08.03.2011 - The board of directors of Tantalus Rare Earths AG
passed a resolution with the approval of the supervisory board on February
28th 2011, that the share capital of the company of currently 2.057.069
EUR, which is divided in 2.057.069 ordinary bearer shares with a nominal
share value of EUR 1,00, will be raised by up to 200.000 EUR to up to
2.257.69 EUR by cash deposit. Up to 200.000 new ordinary bearer shares will
be
issued and do have the right to participate in any dividends in 2011. The
statutory
subscription rights are excluded (clause 4 phrase 6 of the statue). The
issue price per share is EUR 1,00 plus an upcharge of EUR 22,00, this
means EUR 23,00 in total per share.
The funds of the capital increase will be used to finance the exploration
work of the sub subsidiary Tantalum Rare Earths SARL.Über Tantalus Rare Earths AG
Die Mission der Tantalus Rare Earths AG besteht in der Aufsuchung,
Selektion und Entwicklung von Rohstoffvorkommen der Seltenen Erden
außerhalb Chinas.
Als Holdingsitz wurde Düsseldorf, Deutschland gewählt. Dort befindet sich
auch der administrative Mittelpunkt der Tantalus Rare Earths AG. Derzeit
besteht das Beteiligungsportfolio aus einer 100 % Beteiligung am
Tantalus-Projekt in Madagaskar.
