Top-Novelty at the IZB Wolfsburg: H2O GmbH presents the VACUDEST XXL
Steinen/Wolfsburg. From October 14 to 16 the highly appreciated international suppliers fair (IZB) takes place in Allerpark Wolfsburg. The IZB is suitable for suppliers of the Automotive Industry and is highly respected by the international professional community. The H2O, too, will be attending the trade fair with a stand. As a special highlight the brand new vacuum distillation system VACUDEST XXL will be presented there.

Therefore our XXL has an especially high performance and is adapted optimally to the production of the Automotive Industry. ”
The system is almost 7,6 meters long, 6 meters high and is able to process amazing 30.000 cubic meters wastewater per year: the new VACUDEST XXL from H2O GmbH completes the existing VACUDEST-series in the upper performance range.
However, not only the performance of the installation makes it interesting for the Automotive Industry. Because of the outstanding innovations of the in-house application center for zero liquid discharge users gain profit by the optimal effectiveness and high efficiency. For example with the Clearcat technology the quality of the distillate is so good, that the treated water may be re-used in the production process. With this closed water cycle waste management the production is wastewater-free. Through saving of high disposal costs of up to 99 percent, the investment of a VACUDEST may pay off mostly after two years only.
