ROKTalk Multi-Language Text-to-Speech Service Deploys to UK Websites

listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, has announced ROKTalk, its
specialist multi-language text-to-speech service, is now operational on
more than 100 public service websites and 300 school websites across the
UK.
Designed to maximise accessibility and usability of websites, ROKTalk is a
server-based product developed by ROK which automatically converts written
text into real time, near human audible speech in a variety of languages.
'ROKTalk is proving to be a very cost-effective, useful and practical
service for our customers as it not only increases the usability of their
websites globally but it addresses the increasingly important issue of
website accessibility which many organisations are failing provide,
particularly with regards to people who suffer from severe dyslexia or
