Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG is assuming the specialist mandates of
TriTrade GmbH as per May 23, 2011. TriTrade GmbH manages trading of
numerous prime- and general standard values on the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange. In the banks-group, Commerzbank AG (DAX) and the group
'Industrial Machinery', the mandates Heidelberger Druckmaschinen (MDAX),
Demag Cranes (MDAX), Gildemeister (MDAX) and Praktiker Bau (MDAX) must be
stressed. 'These supplement the previous mandates of Renell
Wertpapierhandelsbank AG very well and lead to a broader diversification in
Renell AG's stocks trading division', Peter Renell, Chairman of the
Management Board of Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG in Frankfurt, stated.
With this take-over, Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG can become the third
largest lead broker /specialist on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, as
measured by total order-book turnover (stocks).
'This is the most significant acquisition in the more than 25- year history
of Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG', Mr. Peter Renell adds. Parallel to the
take-over, significant investments were made in technology in preparation
for the future trading specialist on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

trading (lead broker/specialist/designated sponsor/floor trading) with
national and international stocks and bonds with its staff of 28. In
addition, Renell Wertpapierhandelsbank AG provides consulting to national

leader at First Quotation Board Listings on the Open Market of the
