The course curriculum includes best practices from the most successful Net Promoter companies, real-world examples and case studies to help illuminate key program elements, and thought provoking exercises to put key concepts into practice and help attendees improve their Net Promoter Score (NPS®).
The courses are tought by Satmetrix NPS experts who have been implementing world-class customer experience management programs for more than 10 years. Specifically, the courses will teach attendees how to improve the way their businesses are optimizing the customer journey in order to drive financial growth. To complete the course, participants must successfully pass an online examination after which they will receive certification and join a powerful network of over 4,000 NPS-certified customer experience professionals worldwide.
