Unveiled in stages over the past month, the campaign debuts a new customer-facing website, marketing message and tagline, "Ensuring Your Success," which illustrates a vision and pledge shared by all the Team Focus subsidiaries, most prominently including , and . The campaign reinforces Team Focus' unique, value-oriented approach to business by concentrating on the collective growth and success of customers, partners, employees, policyholders, and the property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry at-large.

The Team Focus transformation began in early 2014 when company executives sought to better align the company's existing marketing messaging and brand identification with the evolving insurance environment. The resulting effort helps better identify and position the company, its corporate ethos, and its services with clients' business success, while building on seven decades of history and market service. Today, with almost 400 team members across many diversified operations, Team Focus manages more than 10 million policies, representing more than $15 billion in premiums.
