3A FINANCE GROUP APPOINTS MR. ANTONIO GALVEZ AS NEW CFO
LONDON / ZURICH, March 31, 2011 - 3A Finance PLC (the 'Company' or '3A')
is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Antonio Galvez as its
Chief Financial&Controlling Officer.
Mr. GALVEZ studied Technical Accounting and Business Administration in
Malaga and quickly moved into building a career by joining the Service
Industry, where he initially worked as a Group Financial Controller for
Global Group of Companies, counting more than 500 employees at 5 different
resorts in Mainland Spain and the Canary Islands.
Furthermore, he has worked as a Group Financial Controller and as Corporate
Manager for a period of 12 years at Club la Costa with over 15 resorts in
Spain, the Canaries and the UK. The organization was fairly complex with
over 2,000 employees and 5 different divisions covering from the
Development of new Resorts to accommodating and servicing over 60,000
families per year.
He has spent lately 3 years in Financial Consulting Business assisting and
consulting Major Real Estate, Construction Enterprises, Hotels and Leisure
Business.
His latest mission was as Chief Financial Officer for Edicosma Group (aka
CHL Group) an internet advertising group with over 2,000 web sites, and
over 300 online newspapers. Based in mainland Spain, the Group maintained
offices in France&Morocco.
Mr. Galvez is specialized in Due Diligence, Forecasting and Budget, Tax and
Accounting, Internal Audits / controls, Bank Finance and Human Resources,
having a broad knowledge of Legal, Tax and Accounting.
