Gigaset AG: Guidance for the Gigaset AG financial year 2011

After the close of the first two months of the current financial year, the
Executive Board of Gigaset AG issues a guidance for 2011. The Board expects
revenues of EUR 540 million with an EBITDA of EUR 57 million.
The guidance was based on the successful first two months, and the expected
performance of the individual companies (development of profitability). The
positive response to the launch of new products (e.g. Gigaset pro and
accessories) is an encouraging indication for the rest of the fiscal year.
'The effects of new acquisitions have not been considered in the current
guidance yet.' says the new Gigaset AG CFO, Dr. Alexander Blum.
