Darrel Hackett Appointed President of BMO Private Bank
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 09/17/14 -- BMO Financial Group today announced that Darrel Hackett has been appointed President, BMO Private Bank. In this role, Mr. Hackett will be responsible for the performance, strategy and delivery of BMO Financial Group's personal wealth management businesses throughout the United States. He will also be responsible for the development of new products and solutions for all business segments within BMO Private Bank.

Mr. Hackett has served in a variety of Retail, Commercial and Wealth leadership roles since joining BMO in 2004. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of North American Integrated Channels; in this role, he led banking distribution via direct customer channels, held accountability for the bank's digital channels and physical distribution, and was responsible for developing a truly distinctive multi-channel customer experience.
He has also led BMO Harris Bank's Business Banking operations in the U.S. and served as a Regional President for the Retail operation in Chicago. In his initial role at BMO, he served as Vice President, Acquisition, Integration and Alignment. Before joining BMO, Mr. Hackett was a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company in Chicago. He has also held a variety of management roles at General Electric Company.
