Cologne, April 4, 2011. The Supervisory Board of Colonia Real Estate AG
(ISIND0006338007) (also referred to as Colonia in the following), since
April 1, 2011 consists of Dr. Lutz R. Ristow, Klaus Lennartz and Torsten
Cejka, elected Dr. Lutz R. Ristow as new Chairman and Klaus Lennartz as
Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Dr. Lutz R. Ristow is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TAG
Immobilien AG and was appointed as representative of the new major
shareholder in the Supervisory Board of Colonia. Since June 2009 Klaus
Lennartz is a member of the Supervisory Board and stands for the other
shareholders of Colonia. Until the appointment to the Supervisory Board
Torsten Cejka did not have any business relation to neither of the two
companies.
Due to the replacement of the Supervisory Board of Colonia the publication
of the annual financial statements for the financial year 2010 will be
postponed by one day from April 20, 2011 to April 21, 2011. Further, the
publication of the first quarter figures 2011 will be postponed from May
10, 2011 to May 25, 2011.
