Coral Gold Resources Ltd.: Warrants Extension
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/17/14 -- Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: CLH)(OTCBB: CLHRF)(BERLIN: GV8)(FRANKFURT: GV8) ("Coral" or the "Company") wishes to announce that it has applied for a fourth amendment to its terms of the warrants issued pursuant to a private placement announced on March 3, 2010. The first amendment extended the expiry dates of the warrants for six months from April 1, 2012 and April 23, 2012 to October 1, 2012 and October 23, 2012. The second amendment extended the expiry dates of the warrants for one year from October 1, 2012 and October 23, 2012 to October 1, 2013 and October 23, 2013. The third amendment extended the expiry dates of the warrants for one year from October 1, 2013 and October 23, 2013 to October 1, 2014 and October 23, 2014. The current amendment will extend the expiry date of the warrants for a term of six months from October 1, 2014 and October 23, 2014 to April 1, 2015 and April 23, 2015, respectively. All other terms remain the same.
