(the "Company") (CSE: CBP) announces the granting of director, employee and consultant stock options. The Company has pursuant to its stock option plan granted incentive stock options totalling 5,725,000 shares exercisable for a term of five years at an exercise price of $0.25 per share. The closing price of the Company's shares on September 17, 2014 was $.18 per share.
