Company discusses plans to expand mining portfolio
SEATTLE, Washington (11 April, 2011) - Spectral Capital Corporation
(FCCN.QB) (F3SN:F) today announced that the company made a presentation to
the Central Asia Mining Industry at MINEX 2011 Astana, Kazakhstan's largest
mining event.
'We were honored to present at MINEX 2011 and pleased to be able to
showcase Spectral's mining properties,' said Spectral CEO Jenifer
Osterwalder. 'We are currently seeking additional projects to add to our
portfolio, and Central Asia has many significant acquisition and
joint-venture opportunities in the mineral and natural resource sector.
Research shows that this region has some of the largest untapped resources
in the world, and we intend to capitalize on these opportunities.'
Spectral presented at the MINEX 2011 Conference in Astana alongside
professionals from the world's largest and most experienced mining
companies, geological firms and professional firms. Spectral is in the
process of building out its on-the-ground capabilities in Kazakhstan and
plans to significantly expand over the next six months as its Kazakhstan
mining assets are developed, and it looks to acquire additional resource
assets in the region.

promising areas for gold extraction. The size of the License is 702 km2.
Exploration and development activities are currently being undertaken in
both properties. Spectral continues to develop a diversified portfolio of
natural resource assets in some of the world's most prolific regions.
