ZYTO Corp, a Utah-based company specializing in biocommunication applications, announced today that its 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the company's headquarters, located at 387 South 520 West, Ste. 200, Lindon, Utah, 84042 on Thursday, October 16, 2014, at 4:30 p.m., Mountain Daylight Time.
In addition, the company announced that August 29, 2014 has been fixed as the record date for determination of the shareholders of the company entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting.
The purposes of the annual meeting are: (i) elect three directors to hold office for a term of one year and until their successors are elected and shall qualify; (ii) ratify the selection of as the independent registered public accounting firm and auditor of the company for the year ending December 31, 2014; and (iii) transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or at any postponement or adjournment thereof.
