(PINKSHEETS: PDGO), a leading service provider to the oil and gas industry with expanding operations in oil and gas production, today announced the hiring of Robert Stewart as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Robert is a New York based Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of corporate finance, accounting and tax experience. Early in his career he was an audit manager with Price Waterhouse, with prestigious clientele including Exxon, IBM, ARAMCO and Banker Trust. From the IPO process through complex acquisitions, Robert is an experienced CFO who has successfully led companies in a variety of industries including YadaYada Inc., the first wireless internet service provider, Lois/USA Inc, a national advertising and media group, and NewSight Inc., a leading provider of auto stereoscopic 3D products. Stewart currently serves as CFO of RoCap Marketing, Inc. and is on the board of Phoenix 3D, Inc. and N2 Global Solutions.
Robert received his BA in Economics (magna cum laude) from Lafayette College and his MBA in Finance/Accounting from the Stern School of Business (NYU). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPA's.
