WiLAN Renews Wireless License with Grace Digital

("Grace Digital") have renewed a patent license agreement pursuant to which Grace Digital receives a multi-year running royalty license to certain wireless technologies. The consideration to be paid to WiLAN and all other terms of the agreement are confidential.
WiLAN first signed a patent license agreement with Grace Digital in the second quarter of 2008.
