China Zongbao Clean Tech Limited (ZEC, the Frankfurt Open Market Listed
Company) (the 'Company') has patented technology in China recycling solid
waste to produce high yield organic fertilizers within a record time.
The Company is pleased to announce that it has just joined the Shanghai
Insigma Green City Engineering Research Institute as a key player to
develop technological advances in hazard free treatment, stabilization and
reclamation of city sewage sludge, low cost disposal of city refuse and
sewage. The Company will be collaborating with Zheda Wangxin Group whose
main shareholder is Zhejiang University in China.
In 2010, according to University Ranking by Academic Performance (URAP),
Zhejiang University is the best university in China. Founded in 1897,
Zhejiang University is one of China's oldest and most prestigious
institutions of higher education. The university is one of the nine members
of the C9 League, an association of the 9 top Chinese universities.
With Zhejiang University's specialty tradition in agriculture since 1960 as
one of the main disciplines of study, it has an emphasis on agricultural
research and development. It is encouraging for the Institute to play a
leading role in the domestic organic waste treatment field. The Company
within the mandate of the Institute is to be jointly developing and
integrating new technologies and improving novel applications from other
research projects in the field of domestic organic waste management that
may be recommended to government and enterprises for industrialization. The
Institute will be instrumental in application for patents or technology
