Telecorp Announces Letter of Intent for ByteXit

Cheyenne, Wyoming April 20th, 2011 - Telecorp, Inc., a leading developer of
state of the art CRM and Client Contact software solutions; announced today
that it has delivered a Letter of Intent to purchase from Codererum of
Finland, the Business and software system called ByteXit which they have
developed.
ByteXit (BX) is a server side software platform developed for companies and
service providers to securely master data management, data access, data
sharing and data storage over the Internet.
BX includes extensive tools for companies and/or service providers to
provide users and customers secure user-defined and controlled access to
corporate database and to perform various actions. The administrator of the
company is equipped with comprehensive set of powerful and easy-to-use
admin-tools to manage the system and users.
'Telecorp is very proud to have work towards securing this system for the
past 18 months, as it will add a measured value in Telecorp's corporate
game plan plus generate substantial yearly revenue.' Stated Paul Phillips

Telecorp will integrate the ByteXit system into present software suite and
also keep it as standalone service which will be launched worldwide
May/June 2011 and in turn will add $1 million to the next year's revenue
and budget. ByteXit will be part of an aggressive marketing and sales plan
which includes a viral component and key strategies that will leverage more
yearly revenue then forecasted.
Telecorp is anticipating completion of deal in April 2011.
