Unterschleissheim near Munich, April 21, 2011 - In conjunction with its
definitive realignment as an international asset and property manager, IC
Immobilien Gruppe has undertaken revaluations for its 2010 annual accounts
that are likely to return a group loss of more than EUR 2 million.
IC Immobilien Holding AGs management and supervisory board resolved a
capital increase for cash from authorised capital in a volume of up to EUR
747,600 leading to a total capital of EUR 3,738,000 by issue of up to
747,600 new shares, specifically to secure the funding for the chosen
growth course. The new shares are participating for the business year 2011.
In the rights offer the shareholders can request the new shares between
April, 21st and May, 5th 2011 for a price of EUR 3.50 in exchange ratio of
4:1. Shares, which will not have been ordered due to the legal subscription
rights, will be offered interested investors in a private placement for the
subscription price. A stock trading of the subscription rights is not

This capital measure will enable the company to keep steering a consistent
course toward asset management and property management leadership.
In 2010, IC Immobilien Gruppe increased its assets under management by more
than 20% to approx. EUR 8 billion. On top of that, it succeeded in
acquiring more than EUR 600 million worth of real estate assets in new
asset management and property management accounts during Q1 2010.
