Telecorp Announces Acquisition of ByteXit

Cheyenne, Wyoming April 27th, 2011 - Telecorp, Inc., a leading developer of
state of the art CRM and Client Contact software solutions; announced today
that it has acquired from Codererum of Finland, the Business and Software
System called ByteXit which they have developed.
ByteXit (BX) is a server side software platform developed for companies and
service providers to securely master data management, data access, data
sharing and data storage over the Internet.

Codererum and that we have secured ByteXit' said Paul Phillips President
and CEO of Telecorp Inc. 'This acquisition, along with others we are
working on, will help cement our position in the marketplace with the
upcoming release of Telecorp's suite software this summer, it truly is a
exciting time for the company.'
BX includes extensive tools for companies and/or service providers to
provide users and customers secure user-defined and controlled access to
corporate database and to perform various actions. The administrator of the
company is equipped with comprehensive set of powerful and easy-to-use
admin-tools to manage the system and users.
Telecorp will integrate the ByteXit system into present software suite and
also keep it as standalone service which will be launched worldwide July
2011 and in turn will add $1 million to the next year's revenue and budget.
ByteXit will be part of an aggressive marketing and sales plan which
includes a viral component and key strategies that will leverage more
yearly revenue then forecasted.
The acquisition was obtained through a cash/shares purchase agreement.
Telecorp will begin rebranding the service and add a team of developers to
enhance and expand the product to meet Telecorp's clients growing needs for
this service.
