HELMA Eigenheimbau AG successfully concludes capital increase
Lehrte, April 27, 2011 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for
individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, has
successfully concluded the capital increase that it approved today from
approved capital in an amount of up to 260,000 new shares under exclusion
of subscription rights for existing shareholders. As part of the
accelerated bookbuilding procedure, all 260,000 new shares that were
offered were successfully placed at a price of EUR 10.00 per share among
institutional investors in both Germany and the rest of Europe. As a
consequence, the gross issue proceeds from the capital increase amounted to
EUR 2.6 million, and are to be utilised primarily for the further
significant expansion of the project business within the conurbation areas
of major German cities. The company's share capital will amount to EUR
2,860,000.00 once the capital increase has been entered in the commercial
register. The new shares will be included in the Open Market (Entry
Standard) on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. M.M.Warburg&CO KGaA managed
the transaction as lead manager and bookrunner. ICF Kursmakler
AG acted as selling agent.
