Manual slide tables for presses
(PresseBox) - Presses equipped with mäder slide tables offer advantages particularly when tools and parts to be produced fill almost the entire daylight of the press: the projecting edge of the press does not hinder the operator during loading, as the insertion work is done outside the press area. This not only increases its efficiency, but also helps to improve the ergonomics of the workstation.
mäder pressen GmbH has now expanded its series of slide tables. In addition to the already existing models, rated for loads of up to 50 kN, two smaller manual slide tables for loads of up to 12 kN or 30 kN have been added to the available range. These two new slide tables MST 80 and MST 100 slide with Teflon slideways on hardened and ground guide columns. In the end position, the slide tables engage in a retaining mechanism. Depending on the application, all mäder slide tables can be installed both frontally and transversely.
The new and precise slide tables are suitable for use in conjunction with hand-operated or pneumatic presses. The flexible setup of the design permits not only standard stroke lengths of 80 mm and 100 mm, but also customer-specific stroke lengths at low cost.
