DIAGNOS Announces Amendment to its Stock Option Plan

("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge-extraction techniques, announces today that the shareholders of the Corporation have approved an amendment to the Corporation's Stock Option Plan pursuant to which the exercise period of stock options held by Directors upon termination is extended from three (3) months to twelve (12) months.
This amendment is subject to TSX Venture final acceptance.
