(PresseBox) - Today's personnel managers expect real-time access to relevant data and processes, whether these relate to recruitment, learning management or key HR facts and figures. TTS is helping them in this regard with SuccessFactors HR software from SAP. "This enables managers to access data at any time," states Alexander Woelke, TTS Director of Cloud Solutions. In contrast to a server-based solution, the cloud allows rapid implementation: "You only have to decide who gets access to which areas."
"We support our customers through systematic implementation of talent management in their organisations," Woelke explains. This includes, for example, comparisons between planned and actual qualification, talent and performance management as well as other HR processes. "Even staffing level, workforce and succession planning can be simplified and accelerated," Woelke emphasises. In this respect it is not simply a matter of collecting and evaluating information, but rather taking fact-based and authoritative decisions and managing processes.

SuccessFactors Learning assists everyone involved, whether internally or externally, in accessing skills development and qualification course offerings. Each step can be managed online - from the invitation through booking and participation in online courses through to evaluations and certification. "This not only lessens the burden of business travel on learning," according to Woelke, "but also has an impact on training for field and maintenance staff, suppliers and customers."
