Silver Range Resources Announces Termination of Property Transaction
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/29/14 -- Silver Range Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: SNG) ("Silver Range") announces that it and Strategic Metals Ltd. will not proceed with the mineral property purchase and sale transaction announced on June 19, 2014. Both companies have agreed to terminate the purchase and sale agreement as the current value of the properties does not support the costs required to obtain regulatory approval of this related party transaction.
