("Marksmen" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MAH)(OTCQB: MKSEF) is pleased to announce that effective September 30, 2014 Marksmen will begin trading in the United States on the OTCQB Venture Marketplace (the "OTCQB Venture"), a US trading platform that is operated by the OTC Markets Group in New York. The OTCQB Venture is the premier marketplace for entrepreneurial and development stage companies that "are committed to providing a high-quality trading and information experience" for their US investors. Marksmen will trade on the OTCQB Venture Marketplace under symbol MKSEF.
