Provision Holding, Inc. Announces Expected SEC Filing Dates

(PINKSHEETS: PVHO), is pleased to announce today that it has received a written accommodation from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ( the "SEC") to file a comprehensive annual report on Form 10-K ("Comprehensive Form 10-K"). The Company had made all of its periodic filings through the quarter ended March 31, 2011. The approved accommodation from the SEC will allow for the filing of a Comprehensive Form 10-K for the periods from March 31, 2011 through the year ended June 30, 2014 to include all audited financial statements and other material information that would have been available had the Company filed timely and complete reports. The comprehensive report also will include unaudited quarterly financial statements as well as a discussion of operating results, trends, and liquidity for each interim and annual period.
The Company expects to file the Comprehensive Form 10-K and file the Company's Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 20, 2014 before the end of 2014. The filing of the Comprehensive Form 10-K is part of Company's plan to become current with its public filings in accordance with SEC regulations.
