(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/01/14 -- Naturally Splendid Enterprises ("Naturally Splendid") (FRANKFURT: 50N)(TSX VENTURE: NSP)(OTCQB: NSPDF) is pleased to announce that at its annual general meeting of the shareholders (the "2014 AGM") held on September 30, 2014 the shareholders of Naturally Splendid re-elected the incumbent directors, being J. Craig Goodwin, Chuck Jenkins, Russ Crawford, Peter Hughes, Peter Howes and Frank Siemens, and elected Bryan Carson as a new director of Naturally Splendid. Mr. Carson is a co-founder of Naturally Splendid and is currently the Vice-President of Operations of Naturally Splendid's operating subsidiary.
The shareholders of Naturally Splendid at the 2014 AGM also approved the appointment of Smyth Ratcliffe LLP as Naturally Splendid's auditor and Naturally Splendid's 10% rolling stock option plan.
