Momentus Energy Corp. and Veraz Petroleum Ltd. Announce Termination of Proposed Reverse Takeover
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/02/14 -- Veraz Petroleum Ltd. ("Veraz") (TSX VENTURE: VRZ.H) and Momentus Energy Corp. ("Momentus") announce that the arrangement agreement between the parties whereby Momentus was to acquire Veraz by way of reverse takeover has been terminated due to the related financing for minimum gross proceeds of $10 million not being completed, which was a condition to completion of the transaction. Accordingly, the proposed reverse takeover will not be completed.
