United Hunter Oil and Gas Corp. Announces Granting of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/02/14 -- United Hunter Oil and Gas Corp. (TSX VENTURE: UHO) ("UHO" or the "Corporation") announces that 110,000 options (the "Options") will be granted to LP Canyon LLC who will be providing technical consulting services to the Corporation.
The Options have an exercise price of $0.07 per common share, will expire five years from the date of grant and will vest fully 6 months from the date of grant. All Option grants are subject to regulatory approval.
