RB Energy Provides an Update on Financing Efforts
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 10/03/14 -- RB Energy Inc. (the "Company" or "RBI") (TSX: RBI)(OTCQX: RBEIF) reports that the proposed offering of secured convertible debentures to be conducted on a best efforts basis (the "Offering") (News Release dated September 15, 2014) has not yet been completed due to difficult market conditions.
The Company continues its efforts to complete the Offering and at the same time is in discussions with its bankers and other stake holders to consider alternative options, including a temporary shutdown of operations at its Quebec Lithium project.
There is no assurance that the Company will be able to complete the Offering or arrange alternate sources of funding.
