The , which combines FlowTraq's high volume network traffic analysis capabilities with A10's traffic shaping expertise, has yielded one of the industry's fastest automated DDoS mitigation solutions, positioned at a price point well below those of competitive alternatives.
The A10 Thunder™ TPS provides high-performance, network-wide protection against DDoS attacks, and enables service availability against a variety of volumetric, protocol, resource and other sophisticated application attacks.
FlowTraq uses advanced algorithms to detect DDoS attacks and many other undesirable network behaviors such as scanning, , , and . FlowTraq monitors dozens of aspects of network traffic, at many points in the network. When the integrity of a particular server is uncertain, that server can quickly and automatically be put into quarantine, to reduce further threat or disruption of service.
