Eastern Property Holdings Limited announces closing of its bond offering in US
Dollars
Today Eastern Property Holdings Limited closed its offering denominated in US
Dollars and consisting of bonds with the following characteristics:
USD 130'000'000 5.5% Bonds due 2023, with an issue price of 100% of the
principal amount.
The bonds, which were issued by Eastern Property Holdings Limited, a business
company under the laws of the British Virgin Islands have been managed by
Valartis Bank (Liechtenstein) AG and admitted to listing on the Swiss Stock
Exchange (SIX Swiss Exchange).
