new Commercial Office and Innovation Center in Mumbai, India. This move to an
expanded and more technologically advanced facility demonstrates CP Kelco's
commitment to growth in South Asia, while strengthening the company's global
innovation footprint.

The inauguration ceremony for the Mumbai facility, conducted in traditional

representatives. A site tour allowed visitors to learn about the vision for the
new facility, capabilities of the new laboratories and added functions of the
Innovation Center.
